14-day return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. The return window starts from the day you receive your order.

Return requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

How to return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number
  • Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the item back to the address provided by our team

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 2-3 business days.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items specifically sourced in upon client request.
